I have purchased 5 T-shirts from USI store Centerstage mall, Noida and from one of the t-shirts the color got faded i.e it turns into white from soothing sea and I have submitted the complaint at the store on 24/08/2009. Its been more than 1 month I have not received any update on my t-shirt. I have been informed by the store that I will be contacted by the Area manager but there no call received till date. Today, I called the store and those guys are not even attending my call. Can someone give me the contact# for the higher management or should I go in consumer court.

I bought two shirts from USI DLF Mall last month. I wore a t-shirt just one time and it colour got faded just after a single wash. This is what the quality signifies. I have tried to call Mr. Neeraj who is Exclusive Brand Outlet Manager regarding the replacement of the t-shirt numerous of times. Mr. neeraj does not have time to pick up the call and atleast reply. This is what USI stands for. Why is it that this type of cases happen again and again in USI. Or USI guys tell me to go to consumer court. I will be happy to do so. This is complete harrasament to a customer.
Uni Style Image — Money debited twice and not refunded
On the evening of 02-Aug-09 Uni Style Image Store at "The Great India Place Shopping Mall - Noida" debited the total amount twice from my card and are not refunding it back to my account inspite of several complaints and phone calls. I provided them a copy of my bank statement on 03-Aug-09 itself.
