I have booked a two bed room flat in super tech renesa sector 118 through mr piyush from unicon real state, noida in may 2012. he has taken my all document with cheque of 3 lac. He did not give me receipt and when I asked he assured your flat is booked and I have receipt and allotment Letter. Till date(sept, 1), he did not give any receipt and now he is saying that super tech Has lost your application and your application has not been processed. During these period the price of that project has gone up rs 500-700/ psf. He is not returning my documents I.e. cheque, Pan card, Id prof etc.
Unicom real estate is a big Cheater company. Be careful if you are dealing with them.

C. Today also Shri. Rohit Sharma has call upon me and demanded the said amount to be deposited in Shri. Kuldeep Kumar account and informed me that one more additional cheque of Rs. 32,500/- has been prepared and both the cheques will be cleared to your account on payment of the said amount.)

2. On 27/07/2012 I have received mobile call from Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] stating that one of your Reliance Life Insurance policy taken from your agent has been matured and you are going to get Rs. 38,000/- (Rupees. Thirty Eight Thousand only) for which you have pay our Executive Charges for the sum of Rs. 4,000/- (Rupees. Four Thousand Only) for which you have to deposit the said amount in Axis Bank Dadar Branch on account of Shri. Ritesh and shortly you will receive account details on your cell no.

3. On 27.07.2012 at about 11.53.48 a.m. I received one SMS from Shri. Aakash having Mob. No. [protected] giving details of Shri. Ritesh bearing a/c. No. [protected] of Axis Bank Dadar Branch, accordingly I have deposited the said amount in two installments in the said account number.

4. Again On 01/08/2012 I have received mobile call from Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] stating that your Reliance Insurance due amount has been raised from Rs. 38,000/- to Rs. 48,000/- for which you have to deposited an additional amount of Rs. 1,500/- in H.D.F.C. Bank on account of Shri. Kuldeep Kumar as our Executive charges and shortly you will receive account details on your cell no.

5. On 01.08.2012 at about 12.46.03 p.m. I received one SMS from Mob. No. [protected] giving details of Shri. Kuldeep Kumar bearing a/c. No. [protected] of H.D.F.C Bank and I refused to do so.

6. On 01.08.2012 at about 02.26.01 p.m. I received one SMS from Shri. Aakash having Mob. No. [protected] as” Sir ab ap ka cansil ho raha hay agr karwana ho to bata do nahe to o wapas ajaega pher mujhe cal mat karna soch kar bata do 10mint me ha ya na lst cal hay”. Again after some time from same Mob. No. at about 02.43.27 p.m. I again received one more SMS stating as “Sorey sir Thek hay may mana kar de raha hu ap ka kanchil karwa de raha hu kyu ke bank me to ap ko dena he padega karwa lo sir nahe paisey fhas jaega ha ya ne”

7. On 02.08.2012 Raksha Bandan day I have deposited the said amount in Shri. Kuldeep Kumar bearing a/c. No. [protected] of H.D.F.C Bank.

8. On 02.08.2012 at about 01.28.47 p.m. I received SMS from Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] stating that “ Mild Ji aap ka cheq lagva diya h. Aap apna peysa 5pm baje cheq kar lena aap muje sms kar dena.” When the said amount in not credited in my account I again contact the said Shri. Rohit Sharma and again at about 08.17.59 pm, Shri. Rohit Sharma Mob. No. [protected] again sent me a SMS stating that aap ka cheq kilyar ho gaya. Aap nikal sakte h.”

9. Apart from all this again Shri. Rohit Sharma demanding money of Rs. 10,000/- stating that his wife is suffering from Blood Cancer and again and again he is giving me a repeated call and on 13.08.2012 he has requested me not to disclose the said demand of money incident to any body. On repeated requested Shri. Rohit Sharma has given me the Cheque details as Reliance Life Insurance Company, bearing cheque No. 640642 drawn on H.D.F.C. Bank Cannat Plate Bara Khamba Road CT and also assured me on deposited on said amount the cheque will be cleared within an hour.

10. Incidentally, on 13.08.2012 I personally contact on Mob. No. [protected] where I found Senior Executive to whom I narrated the entire incident he assured on 14.08.2012 we all three of them will talk on conference next date i.e. 14.08.2012 and accordingly Mr. Vinay assured me that your cheque has been cleared from my side long back 15 days and Shri. Rohit Sharma has kept on hold and he has not deposited the said cheque with the bank and again the said Mr. Vinay gave me a call [protected] and demanded an amount of Rs. 1,500/- as his charges and directed me to deposited the said amount in the aforesaid Kuldeep Kumar Account and also instructed me unless and until you pay the said amount towards our processing charges your cheque will not be cleared,

11. On 21.08.2012 I again deposited an amount of Rs. 1,500/- by way of cash in name of Shri. Ritesh bearing a/c. No. [protected] of Axis Bank from Lokhandwala Branch. Mr. Vinay assured me that your cheque will be deposited and same will be credited to your account.

12. On 22.08.2012 When I check my balance for the same it was un credited and subsequently I contact on Mr. Vinay mobile No. it was learned that he has already resigned from his job. And one of Mr. Rohit Sharma again started demanding an amount of Rs. 10,000/- for getting the cheque cleared.

13. I am not making this complaint to you with my said deposited amount, but to make you aware that behind your back your executive is demanding money from your potential customer which itself create bad impression on your part, your are such a highly reputed Insurance company in today’s competitive world. I humbly request you to take appropriate steps against those culprits so that your potential customer gets justice.

After 2 and a half years of followup the company has not paid the agreed amount sometimes my full day is ruined by making visits to its offices and making calls to them.

I am getting harassed and misbehaved at their offices.

Dear Concerns,
I worked with Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd as Equity Advisor from 06 July 2010 to 31 March2012.My Emp code was UFPL00287. After my resignation i continuously making requests through mail to my company VP Mr Nasir Andrabi & Mr Gaurav Sehra for my due incentive but no one was replying for a single time. When I said for going Labor court then they replied and threatening me that they will declare me criminal.
They took my resignation forcefully. He said to me that if you will not give resign then they will terminate me while I always gave 5-6 time business of CTC. They had committed me that after giving resign they will pay total incentive from 01 Jan2012 to 31 March 2012. So I putted resign for my due incentive.
Now any person is saying that some day some day……….,any saying after 6 month and HR is saying that they will not give any amount and any saying that they have 11 people for legal action and will declare me criminal .
I have all required proof which are showing what they had comitted to me for giving incentive.

Please help me in this matter.

Ritika Baliyan employee o[censored]nicon Securities called me on 25th October 2011 seeking permission to trade in my account for that day (Expiry day). At first I refused but she told that she is a smart trader and is a part o[censored]nicon Advisory panel.
She committed that in the worst case the loss will not extend more than 10000 Rs and she will try to maximize a profit of Rs.[protected]. I asked her that are you sure that losses wont go beyond 10,000 Rs and I was told that this will happen at the worst condition. I had trusted the financial adviser appointed by Unicon Securities and permitted her to trade on my behalf and I was extremely disappointed when I noticed that trades she has performed had incurred me a loss above 40000 on a single day in 2 Hrs. I was under an impression that the financial Advisor appointed by Unicon Securities are highly skilled professional trader but now I would like to question Unicon Securities that who gave the financial advisory permission to erose my capital amount when they have comitted to follow a strict stoploss of Rs 10000 (The worst Case loss).

I told her that I was committed max loss won't extend more than 10000 Rs so above this I won't bear. She told me that she will make me recover by advising in future, but since I had a very bad experience with her so this option had no place.

She told me that her senior wants to talk to me, there she introduced me to Mr Sandeep kumar. Mr. Sandeep told me that he will share his personal number and he will recover me all the losses made by Ritika. I was given a written commitment. I have attached the scanned copy of the letter dispatched to me by these two people. So I trusted Sandeep to be highly skilled individual and a professional trader since I was told that he is a senior and highly experienced person. I had extremely bitter experience with both the financial advisor's who have pilled up my losses around 145000 in a few days trade which is not at all tolerable. They are refusing to pay me the losses as committed in the letter given by them Rather the response that I got from Mr. Sandeep is that "you can take whatever action you want to take and company even can't take any action on any o[censored]s and hence there is no way we will pay for the losses that has happened",

I have given enough time to the grievances department to look into the matter and resolve the query, but the response that I got from their side is seeking more and more time and finally letting me know that "Do whatever you want, we can't do anything in this case".

I am forced to write to you all, and hope keeping your renowned name and position that you will sort out this matter ASAP else please provide me in written you will not be helping me in solving the matter and company is not responsible for trading done by their employee.

I have open demat account with unicon investment solution in 2006.I give the cheque several time of approximately 99 lacks. my account was in Gurgaon Branch. The staff o[censored]nicon done trading without informe me and done loss of my 97 lacks of rupees . his branch manager always used to say that your account is ok. but now i come to know that my all hard earning money lost by their miss handling an account and by fraud trading. My account no is u14541.So you are requested to short out my problem . Several time i report this matter to MD Mr Gajender Nagpal to solve the issue but still he have not fix any meeting with me.
So my complained is against mr gajender nag pal as he is banificery md of the coy.

Good afternoon, i was working as a equity dealer in unicon securities p ltd in coimbatore branch from June 2010 to Feb 2nd 2011, my emp id: USSB8632 on when i was attend interview in that BM jebaselvan told me no target and no client aquitistion so only i joined june 2010, after that everymonth i gave brokerage more than Rs 60000/- every month i got incentive also then Dec month Rs 47000/- i gave and Jan 2011 also i gave brokerage Rs 33000/- on Feb 2nd morning i went to office in my BM jebaselvan told me today u resign your job nu i asked him why sir you told me this at that time he told me our VP Suresh sir only told me so i requested to him why you did not me on priorly if you told me on priorly na i searched job in somewhere but u told me on today nu but that same day i requested to Suresh and Jebaselvan when i received my Jan month salary after that i will resigned my job sir but both of them told me today you resign your job after 60days you can receive your 42days salary and full and final settlement but till now i do not receive my full and final settlment i sent mail to HO [protected]@unicon.in but i received all of time only automatically mail,and called to many times but anyone is not response to me till now more than Rs 300/- expensed to phone then i sent mail to South head Mr Venkat reddy but till now any one is not response to me in Hr person Gunjan told me on last month your performance is not good so we cant provide your salary full and final settlement nu then she told me already we sent to your mailing address letter but till now i did not receive any letter from unicon i asked to gunjan sent me that scan copy or tell me Couries POD nut they are not response to me i was working that time my performance was very good then how they told my performance is not good nu more than 42days salary they are not provide till now, then every month they deducted from my salary bonus Rs292/- i want this amount and 42days salary then i want know the details why they told me resign my job nu, on feb 2nd afternoon they blocked my attendance and mail id till now i am not send resignation through my mail id in my BM jebaselvan told me this is office software they can modified anything from their software you cant do anything so we wnt provide your salary and full and final settlment nu financially my situation is very bad already i told all of them this mently i affected more what i do to please give me a good solution for this more than 7month but till now anyone is not response to me already i sent lot of mail call to ho please tell me if they will give my full and final settlment or i will go to labour court,my CTC Rs 12000/-pm my takehome Rs10829/-pm please do the needful as soon as possible.

I am working in Dehradun branch as an equity advisor from 19 April 2011. As I have not achieved my sales target in the month of June2011, so my salary of June 2011 month has been put on hold with out intimating me.

However I have achieved my brokerage target of the month of July 2011. Now I have given resignation on 16/07/2011 due to some personal reasons.


My branch manager has said that my salary of June month will be credited after 15 July 2011. But uptill now I have not received my salary.

So my question is that when I will get salary of June 2011 as my supervisor is unable to provide any reasons?

I am new in sales field so thats why I am not able to achieve my target. But instead of motivating me my salary has been hold.

Also i was not informed that my salary has been put on hold. I was informed on 7th or 8th of July by my branch manager that my salary has been hold.

Also this is the reason I have resigned from this company. This is a mentally harresment which I am not able to handle. I think the role of management is to motivate the employees not to hold salary.

UNICON Securities is worst broking company.
Their sowfware is crap and always give error.Call center agents abuse if you call more than once.
If you apply for money withdrawl it will never happen online .You have to go to local office and fight to get money back.

i BOOKED A FLAT IN GR. NOIDA NEAR NH-24 in panchsheel ggreens -2 on base price of 1700 in april -2011thru MR.PANKAJ TYAGI who was working in unicon on that time bt as of now he is working in GLODMINE BUILDERS sec-63,noida.tyagi committed me the price of 1700/sq ft in which car parking of 50000 + and view plc is also wave off in april as per pankaj's committmentbut when i ask my receiving copy from pankaj he keeps on giving me goli pe goli dailyBut when i forced him then he confirmed me the unit of 404 in b block.Then i went to panchsheel office to confirm my booking where i got shocked to see the copy of myform .My form was replaced by another form in which signature and writing is not belong 2 me and also rate difference was too high.aside this m booking was not launch thru unicon my booking was also kept by india globus company.M surprised too see this that how these agents can did these types of big frauds very easily.

now i pankaj didn't receive my call from last 10 days and when i got visited to unicon they told that they were only responsible when the booking form shows the name o[censored]nicon so they didn't give me satisfactory response to correct my price and muy form as well.
when i go to goldmine they also replied same story as well which unicon replied.

on this stage m very tired to visisted unicon/goldmine/panchsheel in last 10 days but no result.

so this is my duly request to everybody not to buy property from these types of brokers/agents,pls go thru the site visit on behalf of company and always purchase with direct company like as i[censored] want to buy

amarpali then find the office address of amarpali only from internet and go to amarpali office to book ur house.

I am Akhilesh Devalia . i have joined unicon on 9 nov 2010 as manager of equity advisor in unicon in rajnagar in ghaziabad ..branch. My employee code is USSB9029 and resign on 24 December 2010. After this Feb. 2011 i contact to hr o unicon they said they revived the resignation send it to compliance department on Feb 5. i have try many time to talk in compliance From compliance they sad we are in process . on3 june 2011 i went to hr o unicon in karol bag branch .they have not revived From compliance ..
this six months From my resign of company .Still I have not received my salary of 1.5 months

I have applied for opening Demat Account with Unicon on 23rd Mar, 2011. But to my surprise I havent received any password for online trading as of yet even though this was the only mode in which i had chosen to transact.
On calling Customer Care(!!!) number 15th April, i was told that they havent posted the Password for my equity account yet. I requested them to do post my password.
Again till 6th May, i didnt receive my password and the same thing happened on Calling Customer Helpline number. So they took the request again and I had to question why does a Customer needs to Call for password after opening an Account!!! I didnt receive any satisfactory response.
Waited till 31st May and called the Helpline again and this time the guy on the phone said he'll check everything and call back in 20 minutes. After more than 2 hours i had to call and check and for the first time i got to know that my Equity Account hasnt been Active at all !!!
I had given 2 cheques of 10, 000 each which got debited from my account on 2nd April and 20th April.
On trying to call the Bangalore people (Mr Ganesh, who claimed to be the head of Bangalore operations) they rarely answered the calls or called back.
Also mailed my concerns to [protected]@uniconindia.in on 12 May but still havent got any concrete response from them.
Kindly Help on what steps can be taken to resolve the issue or against Unicon.

I am having a Demat Account with Unicon Securities Pvt Ltd.in Name Ankit Bansal Client (Id I10318).

I sold 10shares on 27.05.2011 of Educomp Solutions and on the sameday instructed Miss Ritika Baliyan ( C No: [protected]) to transfer the funds of the same in my OBC A/c No [protected] registered with you. But she forgot to do the same on 31.05.2011 and on 31.05.2011 I called her specially to transfer an amount of Rs 4700/- but she didn't came on phone and she called at a time after 1:00 PM and assured me that she had completed the process to transfer the same amount referred above but the amount has not reached my account till yet.

I sold 20shares on 01.06.2011 of Hindustan Unilever Limited and on the sameday instructed Miss Ritika Baliyan to transfer the funds of the same in my OBC A/c No [protected] registered with you. On 03.06.2011 I called her before 1:00 PM specially to transfer an amount of Rs 6000/- and assured me that she had completed the process to transfer the same amount referred above but the amount has not reached my account till yet.

And as per the company rule if i submit a request to tarnsfer funds before 1:00 pm the amount is transfered on same day but this rule seems to not have been followed in my case.

Further i request you to also give interest on the above amount as you are very aggressive if customer is late by evev one day in giving money on the day in T+2 transaction and kindly give the rate at the same amount at which you charge the interest.

Kindly consider the matter at the earliest.

Unicon is totally an unprofessional company with a malafied intention of fooling inocent investors in property. I Booked a Flat in srs royal hill, sec 87, faridabad in March, 2010. I was promised a credit note of 3% amount by the Unicon Representative Mr. RAJINDER ARORA. Till date i am running after him and he is just giving one excuse or other. This company's one point policy is to sell property by any means and they do not have any principles or policy. Some one has correctly said on this forum that they are nothing but a BIG BUNCH OF THIEVES WHO ARE INTERESTED IN THEIR PROFIT . I Would suggest that nobody should ever try to get property through this company.

I m jitendra mangal , purchased a flat no. 560 in felecita mahagun moderne through unicon by Mr. Amit Kapoor .At the time of purchase he promised me t o give 25000 rs within a month through a credit note issued by unicon dated 29/06/10 ref ml/0829/29/06/2010. I have given all my dues to builders as per the date.
at first he has given me the wrong information and now he is not picking up the phone .now 1 YEAR is finished still no payment is to be given.Pls help me

SUGGESTION TO ALL : AMIT KAPOOR IS FRAUD DON'T BUY FROM HIM ANYTHING ........

The staff of the Unicon securities Ltd. Rohoni (Delhi) sold the Silver illegaly without

consulting me and made a loss in my account around Rs.30,000/= (Rupees thirty

thousand).
