    So before purchasing the Uniconnect sim card I had read the plans on their website and hence opted for their sim cards as it seemed to fit my budget. So I bought a Thai Sim card and paid some Rs 2, 000 for it and also recharged it for Rs1, 200/- which gave me enough credit to use for the 4 days that I was there… But when I had used their card the monies got over within the first 3 calls I made for few minutes, not to forget that I had some 70 minutes of free calling to India. The horror didn’t end here as despite several calls and written complaints, my concerns for correct billing were not addressed! Never use this service people.

      I bought 2 uniconnect sim cards from india to be used in london. One just didn't work, no customer service help, and the internet didn't work. Upon return the executive in india who sold the cards to me tells me that i should have contacted him while i did obviously, he would have helped me out with the matter. Horrible service, please do not fall in the trap o[censored]niconnect international sim cards.

        Uniconnect has very rude customer care people, who never believe when you complaint against them. i opted for malayasia plan for which i paid a total of close to rs 2200 and was supposed to get somewhere around rs 150 talktime and 1 gb high speed data. but in reality i got charged for data below 1 gb which was supposed to be free! and now when i am complaining to customer care to refund that money or adjust something against it, they in return it’s a prepaid service and they cant do much and that i should have checked before using the service. clearly uniconnect isn’t in the business to make our lives simpler…

          I'd like to complain against Uniconnect Sim Cards for their terrible behaviour on the international sim card I purchased from them.Someone told to use Uniconnect for international travel as it would help me save. I must admit that that is a misconception! You end up paying way more than you actually use and calls to customer care are never answered. So terrible! It is a total fraud that cheats people by giving them sim cards of various countries by guaranteeing that the incoming charges on the card shall be nil.

            I bought 2 SIM and 3 recharge vouchers from India to be used in London. One recharge voucher just didn't work, no customer service help, and the internet didn't work. Upon return the executive in India who sold the cards to me (and who was contacted while i was in Lomdon) now asks for the evidence to refund the money. Horrible service, please do not fall in the trap o[censored]niconnect International SIM cards.

              I went with a bunch of friends to malaysia after our final exams and we decided to purchase one connection from uniconnect instead of multiple nos. But the number didn’t work for most of our trip. When we contacted mukesh at the customer care he promised us it would be rectified but the issue never was. We ended up paying for a new connection which didn’t work plus extra on calling home from random phone booths!

                Someone from my close friend circle told to use Uniconnect for international travel as it would help me save from overspending on mobile expenditures. I must admit that is a misconception! You end up paying way more than you actually use as tariff plans for the internet are way too higher that you end up paying hugely more. Calls to customer care are never answered on the top of it. So terrible! Would never suggest anyone for using it.

                  I booked a Uniconnect sim card through online payment system . They promised me to deliver that on my journey time on 16 june 2016 from Delhi Airport Uniconnect desk. But my experience was bad and they didn't delivered own time . The reason they said ' Canada SIM not available ".
                  My question is why they promised me to delivery on time and who will take responsibility of my entire suffering.
                  Until now no one contact me from Uniconnect .

                    Never ever use Uniconnect for international calling purposes! I had taken one on a recent business trip to US prepaid card, which I thought would be economical. Turns out the plan was bogus and a scam and these cheats took the money but the card never worked! The card did not work most of the trip and after repeated calls and waste of my time when it worked I ended up paying a bomb, some calls which were not even made by me! Really pathetic and horrible experience!

                      I bought a uniconnect sim card from delhi airport and i was informed that this was a pre-activated international sim card and by the time i would land in germany, all i’ll have to do would be to insert the sim card and just start using the same. I had bought their european sim card. Firstly nobody told me while selling the sim that all my calls would be charged in usd which is weird cos i was using a uk number. My free talktime of rs 877 got over the minute i made my first call. The more convenience that i was looking for in a sim card the more horrible my experience was with these guys. No matter what never wil i ever recommend these to anyone.

                        Uniconnect is really bad in London. Very poor network and definitely not a cheaper prepaid option.. I had a terrible time using a uniconnect sim in London with constant disturbances in the call, data working and not working. It actually became frustrating after one point. Plus I was being charged crazily for everything. Uniconnect Sims were just a bad choice. A total no no for future also.

                          Uniconnect Sim — Uniconnect is pathetic and embarrassment to the idea of being connected

                          The worst happened to me when I decided to use Uniconnect sim card in Singapore. Their connection is pathetic and embarrassment to the idea of being connected. I spent about 2300 bucks just to stay connected and everything was wasted.

                            Probably not the best prepaid international sim card --- I would recommend rather buy a local sim card from the country you traveling to than go with a uniconnect sim card. They are sick expensive plus they don’t have much to offer in terms of good bargains and all. I landed in Spain with a uniconnect sim card and my friend bought one from there. The deal that she got in 5 Euros was anyday better than what I had got after paying so much for that sim card.. Utter waste of money

                              I bought a sim card from Uniconnet for Italy and I am glad that i didn’t spend more than 2000 rs in buying and recharging that junk. I could barely make calls from there, with poor reception and with flag falls costing me a bomb. Really expensive than what i actually landed up paying there making calls from a local sim card. !!

                              I[censored] think uniconnect sims are cheaper and affordable, then u r highly mistaken! It's a very expensive pre paid service.. Their recharges are so expensive. It's better to buy a prepaid sim locally than buy a uniconnect sim.

                                I was sold a sim card by Manish Kumar at the delhi airport on the 29 of march 2016 for mobile Colombo.. On reaching Colombo it did not work . When I called up the service provider. They said it was and old number and not registered.

                                Bill no-REAIRDE-741520. When I called him he cut off the phone and his number kept coming switched off This is the quality of staff and customer service.

                                I have been calling for a refund and they keep saying we are resolving It.

                                Why are such dealers allowed at the airport to cheat the passengers.

                                The mobile service provider mobitel at colombo warned me about uniconnect that they were frauds and they had received many complaints about them selling used simcards not working and registered.

                                How can someone sell a used card-- shameful . this company is running on cheating people.

                                  Stay away from uniconnect sim cards --- i bought 2 sim from india to be used in malaysia. One sim card just didn't work, no customer service help, nothing. The second sim card used to work according to its mood. It would not work on wifi sometimes, somedays the signals would be really poor. So basically we had 2 sim cards that didn’t work…literally total waste of money. Horrible service, please do not fall in the trap o[censored]niconnect international sim cards.

                                    Uniconnect — Worst sim cards available

                                    The worst international sim cards available-- Uniconnect!! With absolutely horrible network signals and the least interested customer service staff. It was a headache to have first bought a uniconnect sim card and then later using one. Absolutely no no for any future travels.

                                      I went to spain for a holiday with my friends and took a uniconnect sim card for staying in touch with my family in India. I am so glad that it was a prepaid number if it would have been a post paid number i would have sued the company for their appalling services. I barely caught any network throughout, and after every recharge it would deduct a euro or 2 for a service message. Ultimately i threw the sim in the dustbin, since thats the only place for garbage!!

                                      Inflated call rates by Uniconnect

                                      Masters of hidden charges, inflated call rates anywhere and poor connectivity – thats exactly what Uniconnect sim cards are meant for !!

                                        I was in germany for a convention and my bad luck that i was using a Uniconnect sim card for communication. It is the worse service provider that i have ever experienced. Getting through their customer service numbers is as lucky as having someone actually help you with a solution. No wonder they choose not to pick the phone cz the staff is clueless about something as small as sending the gps settings. Not only did i face embarrassment but also frustration for such poor network performance. Uniconnect was a really bad choice
