Uniconnect sim cards are really a trash and utterly useless. I was using a uniconnect sim card for UK and my experience says never to recommend its services to anyone even to their company employees. It not only sucks on the network coverage bit, but also recharging the number is slower than a snail. Using their sim is a waste of time, effort and money...

I had taken a Uniconnect sim card for UK about 2 months back, thinking i will be able to use it since its valid for 9 months. Damn Uniconnect sim and the information that it provides to its customers. I was in UK again after 2 months and after a few hours my phone flashed registration failed on my so called sim card. I contacted the customer guys and they gave me some weird logic of recharging my sim card every month to keep this sim active....

You are definitely better off withut using a uniconnect sim card than actually using one. Because that sim card just doesn’t work at all.. I had bought their sim card to use in Bangkok and it didn’t work anywhere. No calls, no data nothing. I could only b connected through wifi else I was disconnecyed with this pathetic pre paid sim card....

Uniconnect is the most horrible pre paid international sim card --- i wanted a pre paid sim card so I bought a uniconnect sim to use in Thailand. Its best to look out for other options in the market than even think o[censored]sing a uniconnect sim card—I did this blunder of deciding to go ahead with a uniconnect sim card for dubai while I could have chosen better options in the market. Their prepaid service is very poor. Recharging that number was a painful task and for most of the calls I was experiencing regular call drops. Uniconnect’s claim of being really good with their connections is nthing but a lie… network will only be good if their international sims would atleast start working. I had a terrible time because of this. My sim card didn’t get activated for almost 3 days. I was constantly calling their support team on their toll free number and there was no help given by them. Everytime they would just give me a new time and date for sim activation....

Uniconnect Sims are the most unreliable ones that I have come across so far. Poor performance. They don’t even have a local dedicated sims for Singapore. I got a T_mobil sim to use in Singapore which was so weird. Most of the times there were no signals on the phone. Bad choice for any traveler....

Poor services will be a good remark --- Uniconnect has really got very bad network and customer services in London. There is no way that they are cheap and affordable as what they claim to be. The only good thing about them is that it’s a pre paid card, something that you can easily get rid of if it doesn’t work well. I wanted a uniconnect sim card for Singapore and when I called their call centre, Anita quoted a completely different price. And when I told her that on the website its rs 800 and what she was Rs1500/- she said that instead of asking questions here, I should simply book my sim online and save us all the time. I bought a Uniconnect sim card from Delhi airport and I was told that by the time I land in Dubai, my sim would be activated and I will be able to make calls. Its my fourth day here, and I have already sent like 4 emails and made several calls on ur customer support, but the activation is still not done. And m coming back to India tomorrow.. Recently used an international sim from Uniconnect and it was definitely not worth spending money on.. My phone never had any signals, calling back India was a problem and everytime the call dropped, i was being charged for an entire minute..something that wasnt communicated. It was a pre paid number, hence not using it wasnt painful and definitely not using or suggesting this to anyone in near future as well.....

I have had a terrible experience with Uniconnect sim cards.. I bought that sim to be able to stay connected with my family in Hyderabad while I was traveling to Dubai. Worst decision that I took. Their services are really poor and at the same tiem very expensive. It would have been better had I bought a sim from there only than going through the pain of buying one from India and then not being able to use it there. Flop idea!...
