I bought a uniconnect sim for London and was a total disaster. The sim didn't work for the first 5 hours and several tries later it somehow could register on a network. And then the network was so low all the time. It was a pain to make a call and to receive it. Total disaster and waste of money

I was using a Uniconnect sim for Australia and I think it was the most expensive deal ever.. I spent some 10k only on recharging the number. Their calling was so expensive and not even worth it. Calling from the landlines there were 10 times cheaper than carrying a sim from Uniconnect. Don't know about affordability but definitely burns the pockets.

Very rude customer staff --- I had bought a Uniconnect sim for Malaysia and before flying out I had certain questions regarding recharging and currency to ask so when I called their service centre, Rahul who attended my call was the rudest staff I believe. Instead of helping me with answers he said that I visit the website first and then see if I need answers. This kind of service is totally unacceptable especially when we have paid for a service. Now if someone can tell me, how do I cancel this sim totally?? I do not wish to use uniconnect and it's services at all.

Accidentally I happened to use an international sim from Uniconnect and it was a painful time with them. My phone would perpetually never have signals, calling had become a stress and everytime I had to find a corner to get signals. No wonder such cheap services like this have cheap standards to offer.

I am so mad at Uniconnect Sim Cards that I chose to not only disconnect their services but also put my experience of their stupidity on portals where ppl can atleast be warned before they purchase their Sim Cards. I had paid 1300 rs for an Indonesian Sim card a week in advance before I was traveling. And when I got the sim card they had completely mixed it up and sent me a global sim card instead. Obviously using it was more expensive and when I called the customer care they said they have processed the order according to what I had requested for. Not even once did they apologize once for their mistake, when I asked them to cancel the request, they said they cant even do that and now I will have to keep that sim. I have never experienced such pathetic service from any service provider, where they deny honoring a request and also making you stick to a service that you don’t need. Horrible experience

I[censored] think uniconnect sims are cheaper and affordable, then u r highly mistaken! It's a very expensive pre paid service.. Their recharges are so expensive. It's better to buy a prepaid sim locally than buy a uniconnect sim.

Its better to be totally disconnected that be almost disconnected using a Uniconnect sim.  Very poor and weak signals in Singapore and not even worth spending so much on.
