Uniconnect Sim Pvt. Ltd. — Buy usa sim card from this company which is not working here

I bought usa sim from uniconnect sim pvt. Ltd. In hyderebad airport for moline, il. My bill no is reairhy-700970 dt.-02/03/2016. While buying i provide the agents of the company my location in usa. When i came to moline, il, usa i come to know that the sim would not work here.
In moline, il there is no network for this ultra sim service provider. I spent rs. 3200.00 for the sim.

I mailed to customer care of the company for refund. But they are taking long to reply.
