Unidus Services Manpower Customer Care's response Dear All
To whomsoever it may concenrn & who will view this Post from Prakash Mistry..
If Prakash Mistry has a proof that the respective payment is made to UNIDUS, we would ask him to share the Proof with us & if that proves that payment was received by UNIDUS - We would pay him the entire 100% amount & not 60% as per his Sharing AND if Prakash Mistry fails to submit the Payment proof in a weeks time - We would take a Legal Action against Prakash Mistry for Defamation & spoiling our Brand.
Prakash Mistry can even check our Bank Accounts if that respective payment is received or not by UNIDUS.
Prakash Mistry has to say that he incurred loss on 7lacs, Why did he not mentioned on the earnings of 3lacs+ he had from UNIDUS ?
Also As a standard Franchisee Agreement, we give access to Database only for 1st year & then the Renewal Fee is 1Lac / Year and this Renewal Fee of 1Lac is still not received from Prakash Mistry.
Prakash Mistry has to say that we did not responded in last a year or so, the Fact is he stopped working & stopped doing submissions of candidates for the requirements shared by UNIDUS.
We have a very transparent policy with all our Franchisee Partners - Once a candidate is joined at any of our respective Clients, Same day the respective Franchisee Partner who is the owner of that candidate has to inform us on the Joining details & we accordingly raise the INVOICE and send it across to the Client for Payment Purpose.
Now - What Prakash Mistry has to say that one of his candidate joined & we did not made the payment !! In this case Prakash Mistry informed us after 3 months that 1 of his candidate has joined at one of our Client place, WHY did this took 3 Months to Inform us - If it was his candidate & placed through UNIDUS - he should have informed us immediately on his Date of Joining & Not after 3 months.
What happened here is that Clients has different roles - different positions which are shared with multiple Vendors at a time, the candidate referred in this case by Prakash Mistry was not found suitbale for the role for which it was submitted & some other Vendor submitted same candidate for some other role for which he was selected, Hence that particular Vendor who was the actual owner of that candidate raised Invoice immediately on the date of Joining as a standard policy to make sure that no other Vendor claims the owership.
We even suggested Prakash Mistry to check with the respective HR of the Client - whether the respective Payment is made to UNIDUS or to some other Vendor, BUT Prakash Mistry did not even bothered to check same with the HR because he knows very well that he is at fault & this should had been raised immediately on the date of joining of that candidate.
For Prakash Mistry it's very easy to point fingers at UNIDUS & blame UNIDUS BUT He needs to accept his own faults & mistakes.
Still we checked with the HR on that respective candidate & that candidate was referred by some other Vendor and for a different role & not by UNIDUS and that respective Vendor had already raised the Invoice on the date of joning of that particular candidate.
If anyone still feels that we at UNIDUS are at any faults in this matter - Feel free to write us / call us / meet us in person at our Mumbai HO.

Updated by Jighnesh Dear All,
To whomsoever it may concern who will view previous post from Mr. Rahul JN Vyas on this matter and it’s my answer on that post.
Yes you are right...You can tell that because of you I earned Rs.3 Lac so now you have to understand that if I earned Rs.3 Lac with the help of your partnership then what’s a reason for my disappointment and again I am claiming on you that’s means something is wrong out of that.
Now you are telling me that I stopped working on your requirement from the last year then how it’s possible that my last joining will be on 07/09/2016 and It’s a fact that my candidate joined on this mentioned date and I received payment on 7/12/2016 from your side then how can u tell me that I am not working on your requirement from the last 1 year..?
From the last 1 year I am observing that I didn’t get any fresh requirement from your side and the requirement which shared by you to me it’s already worked by you people.
I can ignore 1 or 2 joinees but after my crossed checking on Naukri Portal I found that here are some of candidates are already joined and you didn’t inform me about that.
Sr. No. Joining Date Client Candidate's Name Profile Location
1 June 2015 KPMG Manish Singhal AM Indirect Tax Gurgaon
2 July 2015 KPMG Manish Mendiratta Corporate Tax Delhi
3 Feb 2016 KPMG Abdul Quadir Statutory Audit Mumbai
4 May 2016 E&Y Subham Tibrewal Statutory Audit Delhi
5 June 2015 Zee Learn Tarun Kumar RSM Kidzee Patna
6 Aug 2015 Star Cement Dinabandhu Sr. QC Officer Jalpaiguri
7 Oct 2015 Indusind Bank Doshi Mitika RM Vadodara
8 May 2016 DCB Bank Radheshyam Dubey RM Agri Loan Madhya Pradesh
9 Sep 2016 DCB Bank Shyamle Joo RM Agri Loan Madhya Pradesh
I am continuously taking follow to Mr. Sanjit Prasad (Head – Talent acquisition and franchisee development) on phone, messages, emails but I didn’t get any satisfactory response from their side and whenever he pickup phone so he always told me that I am out of station and also told me that Mr. Rahul JN Vyas (Associate Director) is going to call you and till date I am not getting single call from Mr. Rahul JN Vyas (Associate Director)
Now my friend Mr. Rahul JN Vyas telling everyone on the post that “ If anyone still feels that we at UNIDUS are at any faults in this matter – Feel free to write us/call us/meet us in person at our Mumbai HO” then what about my calls and messages…? Still I am not getting revert from Mr. Rahul JN Vyas then what means of showing this type of friendly approaches on the post..?
Mr. Rahul JN Vyas is Gujarati guy and I am also Gujarati so I put blindly trust on Mr. Rahul JN Vyas for taking franchisee of [Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt. Ltd]. I am really very sad because Mr. Rahul JN Vyas didn’t care for a trust and feelings which I put on them and behaving likes this. Now I want to ask Mr. Rahul JN Vyas that did he ever call & message me from last 1.6 Years..?.
And I also want to mention one more thing is that from the startup of this franchise I never received call or message from Mr. Ajit Singh (MD) so there is no responsibly Mr. Ajit Singh (MD) …?
I am attaching with this post the photograph proof of my candidate which joined already and you didn’t inform me about that.
That’s why I put a tagline of my complain “Worst Partnership Ever I feel”...Is that I am wrong?
Regards,
Prakash Mistry (Bharuch, Gujarat)
