[Resolved] Unidus Services Manpower — Worst partnership ever i feel. Please don't buy this franchise. | |||||
I buy franchisee of [Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt. Ltd] before 2.6 years. Starting 1.6 year I got response but after that they are ignoring my Mails, Calls, and Messages. I was shocked when my candidate was selected by the company and they did not inform me about that but this details I got from the Naukri Portal after viewing the candidates profiles which I was already shared and I am having also proof for that and most shocking thing is that they also received the payment from the company, but did not paid my share of 60% amount which was agreed as per the franchisee agreement and I am also taking continuous follow up from the last 8 Months but I didn’t get any clarification from their site and when I argued for that then Unidus People are telling me that do whatever you want. Now main concern is that I am working with 2 recruiter + Office Expenses + Office rent + Internet services and no. of others small expenses are there so at the end of the month I am having average expenses of Rs.50, 000 and they are telling me that do whatever you want. I spent Rs.300000 Franchisee fees + Rs.400000 Expenses which include (Buy 3 New PCs, Office Furniture, Office Rent Deposit and also monthly office expenses). So averagely I lose my Rs.700000 and because of this now I am in very dept tense that I how can I survive. I request to you all that if someone trying to buy this franchisee then please don’t buy because this people and franchisee they are providing was totally fraud. May 13, 2017 Complaint marked as Resolved Unidus Services Manpower customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Verified Support Feb 15, 2017 Unidus Services Manpower Customer Care's response Dear AllTo whomsoever it may concenrn & who will view this Post from Prakash Mistry.. If Prakash Mistry has a proof that the respective payment is made to UNIDUS, we would ask him to share the Proof with us & if that proves that payment was received by UNIDUS - We would pay him the entire 100% amount & not 60% as per his Sharing AND if Prakash Mistry fails to submit the Payment proof in a weeks time - We would take a Legal Action against Prakash Mistry for Defamation & spoiling our Brand. Prakash Mistry can even check our Bank Accounts if that respective payment is received or not by UNIDUS. Prakash Mistry has to say that he incurred loss on 7lacs, Why did he not mentioned on the earnings of 3lacs+ he had from UNIDUS ? Also As a standard Franchisee Agreement, we give access to Database only for 1st year & then the Renewal Fee is 1Lac / Year and this Renewal Fee of 1Lac is still not received from Prakash Mistry. Prakash Mistry has to say that we did not responded in last a year or so, the Fact is he stopped working & stopped doing submissions of candidates for the requirements shared by UNIDUS. We have a very transparent policy with all our Franchisee Partners - Once a candidate is joined at any of our respective Clients, Same day the respective Franchisee Partner who is the owner of that candidate has to inform us on the Joining details & we accordingly raise the INVOICE and send it across to the Client for Payment Purpose. Now - What Prakash Mistry has to say that one of his candidate joined & we did not made the payment !! In this case Prakash Mistry informed us after 3 months that 1 of his candidate has joined at one of our Client place, WHY did this took 3 Months to Inform us - If it was his candidate & placed through UNIDUS - he should have informed us immediately on his Date of Joining & Not after 3 months. What happened here is that Clients has different roles - different positions which are shared with multiple Vendors at a time, the candidate referred in this case by Prakash Mistry was not found suitbale for the role for which it was submitted & some other Vendor submitted same candidate for some other role for which he was selected, Hence that particular Vendor who was the actual owner of that candidate raised Invoice immediately on the date of Joining as a standard policy to make sure that no other Vendor claims the owership. We even suggested Prakash Mistry to check with the respective HR of the Client - whether the respective Payment is made to UNIDUS or to some other Vendor, BUT Prakash Mistry did not even bothered to check same with the HR because he knows very well that he is at fault & this should had been raised immediately on the date of joining of that candidate. For Prakash Mistry it's very easy to point fingers at UNIDUS & blame UNIDUS BUT He needs to accept his own faults & mistakes. Still we checked with the HR on that respective candidate & that candidate was referred by some other Vendor and for a different role & not by UNIDUS and that respective Vendor had already raised the Invoice on the date of joning of that particular candidate. If anyone still feels that we at UNIDUS are at any faults in this matter - Feel free to write us / call us / meet us in person at our Mumbai HO. -- Thanks, Regards, Rahul JN Vyas | Associate Director || Unidus Services (Manpower) Pvt.
