I have engaged this company (Unified infotech Pvt.ltd) for a mobile app development through Elance.com and now Upworks.com. We agreed to cancel the project and company promised to refund money. After more than 6 months, I'm given multiple excuses and very delayed response. I still did not receive my money back (US $440). I can provide more evidence as needed.
I am requesting for the full amount o[censored]S $440 to be refunded back.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company had taken steps to initiate refund process and provided evidence of communication trail with Upwork.com customer support. The process was delayed due to the migration from elance.com to upwork.com which complicated the process. To expedite the process, the company will be refunding through paypal. I'm closing this case as this is a misunderstanding due to lack of communication.
