Unihomes — Delay of 4 years for possession of my flat

As per the agreement between me and unitech builders he is supposed tossion of my flat at NOV 2011 but the project is still in progress.

I have been in continuous followups from Unihomes employees for the possession of my flat C3-401, but it seems that i am getting nothing except false commitments.

Today also i spoke with them and got one more new commitment that its going to take 12 more months for the same.

I think this builder have cheated us and will not be giving the possession of my property.

I am therefore unable to pay the EMI's on the loan amount henceforth till i get the possession and need your support on the actions i can take against this builder to get the possession

I also booked my flat in C10, but there is no information regarding possession. please create a group, so that we may either get our flat or money return.

@kantap.gangwar and others - Same situation here. Booked at C-10 in 2010, and paid almost 85% money, but no sign of possession even after 7 years from due date. So many of us here, and all have been taken for a ride by the builder Unitech-Collage. There was seemingly a joint petition against some builders, Is there any information with anyone on the progress of such petition? Why can't we do something jointly? I am indeed thinking of moving to court as I do not think the builder have any further intention of completing the project or giving back us the money with interest. Like minded members may please raise voice - let's form a group.

I also booked 3bhk in Aug11. 2weeks before I talked to Head o[censored]nihomes Bpl. He says it will take another 2 yrs.
i also booked a flat C5-404, in sep-2011, still waiting.

I am alos pissed with this project and builder booked apartment in F3 Tower in Oct 2013 and not getting any update of construction.
I have a Flat booked in B11. I have been told another 2 years as well. If that happens that would be a delays of 6 years. The builder should pay Rs 5 per sq feet per month as in the agreement. But will they ?

There's no progress for last 3-4 years.

I have booked flat in C11 but for last 4 years not even single brick mounted. Its time to get all o[censored]s together and filed a case in court. There is always false commitment but no action. If someone has filed a complaint lets join them.

This is Dhara from Pune, we have even booked a flat 4 yrs ago in Unihomes Bhopal E10-103 and were to get the possession by June16. But still have not got the possession till date. And as per latest discussion with the staff there it will take still 2 more yrs to get the possession.

So we are even wanting to complain regarding the same against Unitech builders.If you have already formed any such group and filed a case, please share the information. We would even like to join the group.

I am jeebesh, we had booked a flat in unihome in 2010 and total amount has already been disbursed through home loan. after lot of follow up still there is no progress and I had decided to take legal action.
I had been contacting few lawyers and we must create a forum and file a joint complaint against Unitech and consortium of builders with them.

Hi everyone,
I am Anshuman singh and I booked a flat in F2 tower in unihomes Bhopal kolar road in 2013. the possession date is over in October 2016 and three months grace period is also over. As per my understanding, we all are in a problem and our huge money is with builder and he is not going to deliver the flats as I feels. Therefore there are two options:
1. forced the builder by legal means to deliver the flats (same area) in other towers o[censored]nihomes/other society in Bhopal
2. forced the builder to return the entire money with 10% interest as per clause 4.7 of agreements.

I am in Mumbai working in NPCIL, those who are in Bhopal and near by are requested to hire a lawyer/legal consultant for legal actions against unihomes Bhopal.

This is not possible by one or two person, so we all have to unite and come together for this matter.

We booked a 2 BHK Flat in Block C-12 o[censored]nihomes in Feb 2014. At that point of time, the structure of that block was completed and plastering inside the rooms was getting over. The Collage Group marketing team advised that with only finishing work left, we would get possession latest by end Dec 2014. When we last checked a few months ago, our block was in the same state as it was in Feb 2014. We managed to get a mobile number of someone who in the marketing team in Sep'16 and were advised that it would take another 12 months for possession. In the meantime, the people involved with the marketing as well as some of the key accounts department persons have left the organization. Today, there is no number available on which we can call and check the status. Since we are not residing at Bhopal currently, would appreciate if someone who has visited the site recently could advise us the status.
