delay in possession of flat
I have booked a flat no - c[protected] in uniforms project, village bairagarh chichli, kolar road, bhopal on 26/02/2011.
As per agreement dated 24/05/11 flat was to be handed over after 24 month from date of booking so schedule date of handover comes to may’13.
I have paid approx 75% of flat amount. There is no further progress in the project. Its 8th year since i booked flat. Kindly advice

As per the agreement between me and unitech builders he is supposed tossion of my flat at NOV 2011 but the project is still in progress.
I have been in continuous followups from Unihomes employees for the possession of my flat C3-401, but it seems that i am getting nothing except false commitments.
Today also i spoke with them and got one more new commitment that its going to take 12 more months for the same.br...

If there is no progress in the project then you should approach to court for refund with interest. The Supreme court is also stating that if the project is delayed by more then one year then buyers can approach any court for the refund with interest. You can approach NCLT court, Consumer Court and Rera court for your right. You can contact at [protected] if you wants to know more in detail .
