Union Bank Of India — Amount debited & failed but amount not refunded

On 18.08.2025 i have made payment of rs.4, 400/- to st.John school by g pay upi the payment get debited from my account but payment get failed neither st john received the payment nor i have received that payment back till now i have raised the complaint on customer service o[censored]nion bank of india but they are telling we have raised the complaint of your's and the maximum time of resolving the complaint is 22nd october 2025 so kindly look into this matter as it is very long period they have given me to wait.
