Union Bank Of India — amount debited in account but not withdrawn through atm

My account no is [protected], i have made 2 debited entries of amount of rs 10, 000/- each from crce, hisar branch atm on 01.09.2017, against the said debit enteries made, i have received only an amount of rs 10, 000/-, and for the second entry atm has not withdrawn the said amount of rs 10, 000/- however my account has been debited with 2 entries of rs 10, 000/- each.
Request you to kindly arrange for recredit of my account with rs 10, 000/- for the said wrong entry made by atm.
