It is to inform that, I am Rajaneni Rama Koteswara Rao, my SB A/C is [protected], Union Bank of India, Saifabad branch, Hyderabad and my mobile number is [protected] linked with this account last 11 years.
In this connection it is submitted that, recently the following transactions amounts from other persons done through my mobile number [protected] from Phone Pay App. But the following amounts credited to your branch Account Number [protected] of Mr. D. V. Seetha Babu instead of my SB Account [protected].

1. Rs. 2, 000/- on 28.04.2021 with transaction ID T2104280914175127287011
2. Rs. 10, 000/- on 10.05.2021 with transaction ID T2105101937348754777283

Please the following issues resolved immediately.

1. Remove link my mobile number from unknown Bank Account of [protected] in your branch.
2. Please transfer the above transaction amount of Rs. 12, 000/- (2, 000+10, 000) from your branch account of [protected] to my SB Account Number [protected] immediately.
In view of the above, please resolve the issues immediately. I enclosed transfer receipts to bank account of [protected] for reference. Already mail sent from my Home Branch, this copies also attached for reference. Please transfer the amount immediately and remove link from my mobile to bank account of [protected]. This is my kind request.
