Sir,
I am applied for ATM card In the near by UBI located at thelkoli branch in february second week. A text sms will receive regarding Atm request process in march 7th.but till now when i visit to the near by branch they denied to hve any card & they don't have any other(ordinary) card for costumer atm use .last time Authorities from UBI told me that we already inform your near by branch thelkoli u can collect ordinary atm card which is ready to use with in the day & we r going to cancel that card sent to ue home branch which is still not delivered to you.as per his statement i visited the near by branch on the next day dt 22.03.2017 but they said they don't have any card & when it availed to me they have no ans.

mean while i requested other officials also & try to reach out every possible way to find a solution. kindly do the needful.their on line grievance portal not working...showing only error the site can't be reached...

I received this masg "Your debit card XXXX is dispatched and will be delivered in 7 days.Generate ATM PIN from any Union Bank ATM from Green Pin option using your new card.Union Bank" on 23rd but till date I didn't received any card on my address. How to get dispatch details or status of my card.

How to get dispatch details or status of my card.I can't able to visit nearest branch with disability, thanks

Dear sir madam we have apply for new debit card umobile said 15/03/20 but the debit card not received my my address
