I did a upi transaction for a amount of rs 10000. Transaction failed but the amount debited from my account two times with same description as upiar/u3/refid/upi9833e7202dfd4acbbeb402b6a124f70f, please kindly reverse the both 10000 to my account.

I failed to receive my money 6000 rupees as 48 hours passed from the transcataion failed date, Please do helpful.As I was trying to call my loacal Union Bank, Tadepalligudem (West Godavari Dist), Andhra Pradesh, They were not responding, also called to customer care no response from them, Hoping after reaching your I would receive y money.
