Union Bank Of India — Lien of rs 236 due to lien for general service charges

I have an account in union Bank of India . The amount deducted 2 times with out any my knowledge
Its not acceptable.

My money was deducted from my account
rs 236 .I want refund to my account what's the issue for deducted from account
