Union Bank Of India — Mobile number wrongly linked to another customer UPI

Mobile number wrongly linked to another customer UPI and due to which, there is an UPI transaction of rs 12000, that was sent to unintended recipient and upon raising the reversal request, there is no response from union bank

Original owner of the mobile number : Sri Ch. Venkata chari, A/c number [protected], Union Bank of India. (Owner of the mobile number [protected])

Recipient Account number is different with name : Sri K. Vijaya Lakshmi, Union Bank of India, Gayatri nagar, Karmanghat, Hyderabad (A dormant account) - Not at all related to mobile number [protected] but the account is linked with this mobile number. This is a blunder.

The UPI is not operational now, this is observed after the next day of the transaction. I have raised the reversal request with Kotak and followed up several times with Union bank branch and there is no positive response from both the banks

Any update on this ? Now, the money is credited to the un intended customer and there is no action taken by both the banks ?????????
