I did NEFT on 13/03/2020 at 9.54 am transfer to HDFC BANK account holder name Ritu Sharma & a/c no. of HDFC BANK is [protected] but NEFT did not received till date .I complained to customer care, my complain no. is [protected] dated on 16/03/2020 . Customer care assured that your problem will be resolved before 07/04/2020 .But they did not resolved it yet.After so many reminders they are telling your complain can not be resolve because your reference no.is not correct, then I registered my complain again and now my complain no. is [protected] on 07/04/2020.They replied and suggested on 29/04/2020 that you can mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia NEFT done through U MOBILE app.Till date they are unable to look into the matter so, its a humble request to you please get into the matter and try to resolve it as early as possible. details are given below
