[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — neft payment successful but beneficiary not received payment

Address: Village Bajawala Post New Forest, Dehradun, Uttarakhand, 248006

Dear sir i had sent rupees 15000/- on 19.06.2019 through net banking but the amount debit from my account and not credited to the beneficiary account after 24 hours as suggested by the customer care executive, i had complaint the customer care and they provide me complaint number 1-[protected] on 27.06.2019 an email was received from customer care and they tell that please share your details on [protected]@unionbankofindia.com.

Sir same day i had sent mail and many mails to the above email id but no resolution found till date i. E 02.07.2019 sir i request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my amount as soon as possible.

Complaint marked as Resolved 
after one month something the amount was automatically credited to my wife account
Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I want to draw your kind attention towards not working of ATM in Khera Khurd Delhi 110082 from last 25 days.most of the days of month it has no Money.l have complained serval times near my union bank but they did not take any action.so Please take action for avebilit of cash and function properly

I have done shopping on big bazaar at 29/01/22 1085₹ From my bank of India debit card my amount got deducted but order was not placed I complained at bank of India and bank g bazaar also but I didn’t get my money refunded
