[Resolved]  Union Bank Of India — non receipt of agriculture gold loan subsidy

Sir,
1. I have taken an agri gold loan of rs 100000/-from union bank edappilly toll branch as on 08 apr 2019 (Loan no 654/1182). During mar last week i have tried to contact the branch for the renewal. But they refused by stating that appraiser is not available during these days and hence to approach later. At the time of renewal date, the govt declared lock down. Hence i was not able to renew the same on due date, so today ie 22 apr 20 i was contacted the branch for renewal, they again refused to give the subsidy where i have remitted the full amount on 23 apr 20.

2. I have lost rs-4000/- as subsidy due to lock down.

3 in view of the above you are requested to look into the matter and give a direction to the bank for the release of the subsidy as applicable
