it is to bring to your kind notice that aim the credit card holder o[censored]nion bank of india at bathalapalli branch, on 23 rd of may 2025 i have used my credit card for swiping at byalla fuel station anantapur at 07:18 am but it was declined so i again is swiped my credit card at 07:19 am which got success, after hacking my monthly statement i got to know that the amount which was swiped at 07:18 am was debited from my credit card, immediately i raised a issue regarding the same to the bank through email the [protected]@unionbankofindia.bank, they closed the ticket as issue resolved and stating the amount will be refunded with in 30th june but the amount not credited into my credit card, so i again i requested the bank on the same issue they stated as " chargeback claim is declined " as the transaction was successful as merchant response. please look into this matter even i have attached file as the amount got debited twice on 23.05.2025, even i confirmed from the petrol station they told the amount was not credited to their account twice, even they tried to check the statement the amount will not be individual amounts which will be credited as bulk amount in their statement . pls resolve the issue, even i raised a complaint in arm portal o[censored]nion bank i didn't get response from the union bank Was this information helpful? |
