Union Bank Of India — Payment done but amount not received

Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Zeeshan Nazir Shaikh, am an account holder of your bank (A/c No. [protected]).

I would like to bring to your notice that I made a payment of ₹8, 800/- towards my son’s school fees to St. John School via Google Pay on 16.03.2026. However, the amount has been debited from my account, but the school has not received the payment, nor has the amount been credited back to my account.

I initially contacted your customer care, where I was informed that a chargeback request would be raised. However, upon visiting your Bhavani Nagar Branch on Friday, I was informed that no such chargeback request had been initiated. Subsequently, I submitted a written application at the branch.

Despite this, the issue remains unresolved, and I have not yet received the refunded amount.

I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and initiate the necessary action to either complete the transaction or refund the debited amount at the earliest.

I would appreciate your prompt response and resolution.
