Union Bank Of India — Payment failed amount deducted from account

Sir am trying to book flights tickets on ixigo using union bank debit card but my transaction is failed and rs 7864 debeted my account on the date of 02 /08/2021 then I contacted ixigo customer service they told me that amount is not credited ixigo account already am contacted union bank customer care my complaint number is [protected] so please kindly refund my money immediately
