Union Bank Of India — Payment was not made as per USD recent rate

I have a account in Union Bank and I use to get paid from my USA client through wise to my Bank..now Bank not clear the fund as per recent usd rate even per 100$ they are deducting 1300/- INR without mentioning any changes anywhere..
