Union Bank Of India — poor and slow services | |||
This is to inform you that your services have been very slow and very poor. I posted a cheque worth rs. 23, 000/- on 10.09.2018, i. E., on monday and the same has not been credited till date. When i went to the bank with the same complaint, all sorts of reasons were given to me after which a complaint was registered with union bank. I tried communicating with the bank employees but they never received my calls, neither did i have any communication with the customer care executives on the toll free number posted on their website. Further, to add on to my complaints, failure of transactions with union bank of india via net banking or debit card facilities is very poor and if so due to the bank servers errors, money is debited out of my account and the transaction fails, my money is credited back not before a period less than 13 days. I have always faced this problem and this is the poorest kind of bank services availed to its customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
