Union Bank Of India — Resetting transaction password

I complained to the call center for nor not able to reset my transaction password online and got a reply that to send a mail to [protected]@unionbankofindia.com and i will get it within 2-3 working days. I sent a complaint on 22nd may and till 29th, that is today i have not received my password or even a reply to my mail.

Hope this is not the quality o[censored]nion bank when you treat customers.

Kindly block my atm card as soon as possible bcoz i have lost my atm card from my home and my a/c no is[protected] and my bank code is 1162(branch st.johns diocesan school)
