Union Bank Of India — Unauthorized LIEN for general service charges

Address: Jhalwa, Uthhan Road, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh

Why LIEN for general service charges is implied on my saving account. There were no such charges implied before. So, I want to cancel this charge from my account and do not debit this service charge amount.
The date of this incident is June 28th, 2025.
Please look into this and kindly resolve my problem.
