I am VADLURI PRAVEEN writing to file a formal complaint regarding my savings account, number [protected], held at your branch. I have recently discovered several uncertain and unauthorized deductions from my account.
These deductions, for which I have received no clear explanation or prior notification, have resulted in my account balance becoming negative. This has caused me significant financial distress. Furthermore, due to this negative balance, my account has become inoperable. I am currently unable to perform any transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, or digital payments, which is severely impacting my daily financial activities. I request you to take the following actions immediately
Investigate the series of deductions that have been made from my account without my authorization.
Provide me with a detailed statement of my account, clearly explaining the nature and reason for each of these recent charges. Reverse all the unauthorized deductions and restore the correct balance to my account Reactivate my account so that I can resume normal banking operations without any further issues.
