Union Bank Of India — unnecessary getting calls and messages even after paying the emi amount | |||
Hai, i mr veeranjaneyulu nallapati has taken loan from union bank of india ongole with loan account no:[protected] of rs:12, 120 /-and 2 nd loan no:[protected] of rs:6611/- and it has been auto debited every month of 28 th.From the past 4 to 5 months i was getting lot of sms and calls regarding payments .Still now there is no overdue from my end.Even though i was getting lot o[censored]nnecessary calls and sms which irritates me alot.I dont know why they are calling me again again regarding the payments.I also contacted the branch manager regarding this issue. But it was helpless .And he advised me simply ignore the calls. In this regards i demand union bank of india to give me the proper explanation.I am also attaching the screenshot of sms which auto debited from my account. But they are sending sms saying it was overdue.For this i need clarification from the bank. I request consumer forum to take proper action on this bank. Was this information helpful? | |||

Yesterday for repayment of cash bean loan I paid loan for repayment money got deducted from bank but it not updated in cash bean loan showing processing
