[Resolved] Union Bank Of India — upi transaction failed but money was debited | |||||
I'm suresh gattu and [protected] is my registered mobile number with bank, i recently did a upi transaction of ₹500 amount having upi transaction id[protected] to a sbi user through tez android app on 17/10/2017. Again i have sent ₹60 to the same account having transaction id[protected].in both the cases money was debited from my account but not received in the beneficiary account. I have registered the complaint in the app.in union bank upi app these both transactions were showing successful. I'm totally confused. I had contacted both bank and tez app customer service as many times as possible. They both are pointing their fingers opposite to each other. How can i get the money back.
