Union Bank Of India — Wrongly charged 295 from L&T finance on Cheque bounce with out any relationship

Hi Sir/Madam

My self Ms Gulab Union bank account holder ( account number - [protected] ) Bangalore, Jal Bhavan office

My account is deducted with 295 rs four times in a months time on the account of cheque bounce from L&T finance.

I did not receive cheque book from Union bank until yesterday

I have also checked with L&T finance on any loan or borrow which I have taken from them. But they confirmed that I do not hold any relationship with them in terms of loan or borrowing or any other
Still my account is deducted money from them

Kindly investigating on the issue and refund the wrongly deducted money.

Please penalize the responsible authority for committing this kind of mistake of deducting on wrong accounts numbers
