I am a student of 10th class from victoriya public school wazira bad, school hold my hall ticket becase they one month advance fee of march and coveyance charge and annual fee (1750) my family unable to pay...and they refuse to handed over the hall ticket if we will not submit the fee...!

Kala Mandir — Old Syllabus book

Hi Sir/Mam,

I bought a DED book of 2nd year from Kala Mandir, on[protected], After checking the syllabus I came to now that syllabus of Sanskrit in book was of 2007. Syllabus was changed in year 2008 . On Monday .i, e[protected] went to dealer to replace the book having new syllabus. (Next working Day)
Since I bought a book from Kala Mandir(Book Dealer) he refused to replace it as well as refund the money.
I also asked him to issue the bill and I will pay the tax amount. He even did not issue me the original invoice.
He only put a stamp on piece of paper as a invoice.Inspite of asking invoice so many times he refused to give and said "Jo karna hai kar lo".
Since it is book, exam are approaching the book is necessary. So I bought a book without invoice.

I had dispatched application form no. 36155163 for appearing in NDA/NA Examination (II) 2009 in first week of April via Speed Post. I have not yet received acknowledgment for the same. Others who had dispatched application forms much later have received the acknowledgement about a week ago. Please clarify and request UPSC to send me the acknowledgement.
