I paid the fees of my reappear exam online. My bank account is showing that it's debited but it's not updated yet. Infact I made mistake by paying it twice still it's not showing that it's FAILED.

I did my Master Of Arts( English) from Himachal Pradesh University through Correspondence study .

I applied my study assessment in New Zealand and they told me my Master Of Arts not recognised.

I attached their email .please check it and please response my email. Its humble request to you.

Thank you for the email. Please find below our response to your query.

We are unable to recognise your Master of Arts studied from Himachal Pradesh University as the distance education pathway was not approved by the relevant statutory authority, the UGC-DEB (previously IGNOU-DEC).


Your enrolment started in 2005 and your examinations were carried out at a study centre in a different state (Punjab).


Himachal Pradesh University was not authorised to enrol students for distance study till 2007 and, being a state university, was not authorised to conduct examinations at study centres outside the state of Himachal Pradesh. Please refer to https://deb.ugc.ac.in/pdf/Final_list_for_website_2014-15.pdf

You can apply for an appeal within 3 months of your result, or a new IQA after this period . Please only apply for an appeal or new IQA if you are able to provide us the below evidence:


A letter from the UGC-DEB stating that they recognise your Master of Arts studied from Himachal Pradesh University from 2005-07, and studied/examined at Gujranwala Guru Nanak Khalsa College, Punjab. Please note that we would not be able to recognise your qualification without this letter from the UGC-DEB.

Last year I gave my BSc 3rd year exam and afterwards I applied for revaluation in July 2022 in 3 subjects. But till now marks of only 1 subject is updated while other 2 subjects have yet not been revaluated. Thus I request you to look into matter.

Dear Sir/Madam

I am Dr. Harpreet Kaur, graduate of HP University(Baddi Dental college) BDS program. My family had visited HP University Shimla campus twice to request my documents to be sent to NDEB, canada directly for my equivalency.

At first documents were sent to wrong organization by HP university(they were sent to WES instead of NDEB directly) and second time the documents delivered to NDEB by HP University were Incomplete( only tranacrips were sent, Dental Degree was NOT SENT).

It is very tough for my parents to travel to Shimla again from Punjab. On top, I had to pay twice for my documwnts to be sent to NDEB directly. Please help me resolve this Issue. It is coating me time and money.

I'm a third year student and my both first year second year's marksheet is blank and my roll no. Which is generated through the university is also wrong. Actually I miss filled the session year at the time of admission and because of this university want me to pay them 20, 000 rupess minimum max ammount 26, 000 to settle this, which I can't afford. They want my first year proof (my examination form) which I submited to my first year jmc professor and he misplaced my document. Now I don't have any fee recipt, no examination form of first year and for this university asking for the certain ammount of penalty which is really high for me. Now the thing is if I submitted the wrong session why university didn't correct it, if they thinks that i didn't filled the form then why they let me sit in second year and how come it shows approve in first year then payment not done.

Sir I am 1 month old by migrating but university didn't approve my migration request : due to which I am facing problem in college. So please accept my migration request.

Greetings Sir/Madam,
I appeared for my re-appear exam in October 2021 for my first semester course of Mathematical Physics (PHYMS-101). The exam went well yet I did not pass, therefore I applied for re-evaluation on 11th of March.
Since then the result of the re-evaluation has not been declared and I'm unable to apply for re-appear due to this delay. My entire degree is stuck due to this one single course and I'm left with only one more year to complete my degree.
I endlessly called on the various helpline numbers of the university but was only told to wait or call on another number. I called hundreds of times to the re-evaluation branch[protected] but my call still to this day remains unanswered.
I hope you will help me get out of this situation by either declaring my result or allowing me to fill my re-appear form.

Plx clear my result of third semester

I am a student of B.com (1st year ).I had made the payment and the amount has also deducted from the account but it is not showing on site and I have also not received any email that my application has submitted successfully because it is showing payment has to be done.

I had filled form for JE CIVIL today i.e ( 18january 2022) around 12 PM and on payment window I had done payment of rupees 1200 by my debit card . After
this when i am trying to log in again and trying to go for declaration and print it is again redirecting to payment window and asking for payment and also in payment history option there is nothing. I have also not received any email that my application is submitted successfully it is still not complete because it is showing payment has to be done. Please look into this matter.

sir our examination were supposed to held on june 2021 but our university was not capable of taking exams at that time so our final sem exam was held on November and because of all that we are not able to take admission in any University. . i want to do masters and HPU is not declarind our result they are saying that it will take 2 more months sir i cant wait that long becuase admissions are only open till 31 Jan and my whole year will get wasted . sir this is an humble request do something .i have only chance i have only 27days left . sir please do something. please declare our final year result BHM final year

Sir, through the columns of your respected public platform. We want to convey a message that it's extremely cold for us to give exams during this period. We are unable to write. Our hands, our feet freeze so bad, during exam time. Also HPU has kept exams till 27-30 of December. We are not from Himachal. We need to go back to our places. It will be so much risky to take buses during fog. Travelling is also Risky. Exams should have been either in November or they should be postponed to February. This is really a serious matter. Kindly do something about it.
