Since i am using uniqlo items since 2012 i realized that the packet doesn't seem right by size of packet. When i opened it was some local jacket.
I raised complaint to uniqlo. Inquiry no 04516260
When connected with customer care i had discussion with Ms Shivani, Ms Pooja Pandey and 2 more. All blamed me to be culprit and cleared that they dispatched right item. When i asked to raise to senior level then they said it is not possible. They are frauds with no inspection and quality controls. Just to save their internal flaws they are blaming customers. I just urge that either they deliver right item ot take their fraud item back Was this information helpful? |
