UNIQLO order missing item, treated unfairly, no refund or support

I had high expectations when shopping from UNIQLO India, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. My order (Order Number:[protected]-1997777) was delivered with one item missing.
I immediately contacted customer support, expecting a basic level of trust and resolution. Instead, I received a standard response after an "investigation" claiming all items were packed and dispatched. No evidence was provided — no package weight details, no CCTV review — just a flat refusal to refund or replace.
What’s worse is the underlying message: that I, as a customer, am somehow at fault — or worse, being dishonest. This is insulting and completely unacceptable.
As someone who pays for what I buy, I don’t expect to be treated like I’m making up complaints for a free item. The company’s attitude feels like it’s silently accusing the customer of dishonesty, instead of investigating the issue transparently.
I have already reported this to the National Consumer Helpline, and I am preparing to file a legal complaint on the E-Daakhil Portal under the Consumer Protection Act.

Uniqlo didn't providing my refund

Its about uniqlo dwarka sec 14 new delhi -110078 from here i buy a product and return it the next day of purchasing and as per rule i should get my refund within 14 working days for store return but its been more than 5 months from the date of return but still i didnt get my refund, each time they just said sir you will get the refund within a week but at the end of the day they fail to provide the refund. I have share the bank statement with them multuple times but its futile.

Items not delivered
I placed an order on 6th August for 2 polo shirts and an extra stretch dry sweat trousers which was the more expensive item in the order costing 2500 rupees. The delivery partner asked for the otp and handed over the package which looked OK on the top side. On receiving it and turning I find that the package was torn earlier and revealed with tape. The delivery guy vouched he didn't notice it. But the item was missing.
I contacted uniqlo customer care who requested photos of the package which I sent. 2 days later they sent a standard reply saying they did pack all items when they shipped it. Ofcourse it was taken by their delivery partners for which uniqlo feels that customer should face the consequence. This is not a fair resolution or ethical behaviour

Refund after product returned

i placed an order for 2 jackets under order number[protected] the size was small on on 18th dec2020 the parcel was returned and reached your ware house on 22 nd dec 2020. i was told the time for refund is 3-14 days once the product reaches back . today is[protected], 24 days has passed i have made so many calls and emails but no response and no reply back to the written emails
