Subsidy not provided in December Bill for customer NC484222. Hi Unique Team, With Customer no : NC484222, Customer name: Avadhut p Gholap. Cust Email: [protected]@gmail.com . We have submitted KYIC form in Nov 2014 accordingly when we have taken new Gas Connection from Unique gas . Since Bill generated for December month doesn’t have subsidy provided in Bill as per policy subsidy should be provided with due effect . Request you to do the needful and provide subsidy and provide me corrected bill. Bill amount Dec 2014 :Rs 485.38. Looking for your earliest Action with subsidised bill. In case of late replies and action I will not be responsible for late payments.
