I am very sorry to share my experience with mswipe on installation of new machine applied on 26th november 2016.

Since 15 days we are trying to contact your support and no one is available. Really very poor and un professional service.

We have not received my swipe machine where as my cheque is cleared on 12th decemeber 2016 from my account and your representative is daily reply that today at 2pm or 6pm, tid will be received from bombay office and today machine will installed. Where as after 9 days your representative says that your case is approved yesterday and today we will received tid and installed it.

I would like to confirm that without approval, they have present my cheque for payment and after receiving payment they not bothered for installation of machine till date.

Sir i am in very big trouble please send tid to delhi office so that they will installed my machine.
