[Resolved]  Unisoft Infotech — Company is ran by a stupid man

Unisoft infotech is a place for people who wants to learn sap. It offers good opportunity to learn.

Those people who are planning to join this company should consider some points.

They should be financially sound. They should not expect any salary from this company.

Person (Mr. Sachidananda kini) who runs this business is expecting money from people who aspire to be sap consultants, he is a dump guy and thinks himself as a 100% perfect person. (Everyone else in unisoft thinks him as a dump guy).

People who are working there, they have to accept whatever stupid things which the management says.

Companies which started along with or after unisoft, they are in good position now. One of the example is altimetrik. (Proudly i can say, i am an ex employee of altimetrik)

Management team consists of some stupid guys, who are there only to follow the stupid instructions from company md. (Mr, kini)

Those who wants to become sap consultants, i personally advice you to search in some other companies, some companies in bangalore and pune are taking sap freshers, or go for certification. (Online certification cost will be around 2 lakhs) unisoft will ask for minimum 1 lakh with 3 years bond, after giving 1 lakh and 3 years bond, you have to survive without salary, so total cost which you will bear will be more than 3 lakhs altogether.

Other interesting thing is, they are not even depositing provident fund amount to government (They deduct from employee salary).

Unfortunately, we are in india, and there is no mechanism exist here to take any action against these type of.

Finally, decision is yours... Think and decide.
