I think this is the third or fourth time it is being reposted.

Will the Moderator be fair enough to check the authenticity of such messages before publishing?

We have been working for morethan 3 years now with this organisation and they are totally porfessional in thier approach and elivery commitments. Their entire team emebers are alos very efficent and to the mark.

I want to clear your doubts...

***I think this is the third or fourth time it is being re posted.*** This means, you are watching this site for unisoft complaints. And you know that, these posts were removed forcefully from this site earlier.
Remember one thing... people who want to post such complaints are not fools and they dont have any business clashes with unisoft... they want to tell public that, how they are botharing in Unisoft.

***They are totally porfessional *** You cracked a big joke Mr.Partha. Its really a big joke.
You are working for more than three years in Unisoft ?? check your bank statement first. You will know when your salary credited.


If you want more information about unisoft, just ask any one consultant who is working in unisoft.

Hi Everyone,

I got an offer to join Unisoft by paying 2Lak rupees as Bond money.
I am working in an MNC for 2 yrs in Java/J2EE domain. I wanted to switch over to SAP as we can earn good money later on.

Looking at the reviews posted, I am confused whether to join Unisoft, please help.

Hi Rehan...

I am appreciating that you want to start switch your career to SAP. Good decision.
If they asks 2Lak rupees bond money, i think that's fine.
Remember the below before join in Unisoft.

** They will ask your original certificates to be submit for two years to them
** You have to sign one bond ( it includes some conditions )
** They never give salary in time. Some times they may not give you also.
** There is no fixed date for salary credit and no one answer you when you are asking your salary
** If you give your certificates with them, you can not escape their torture.

I suggest you, You can join in Unisoft But, never give your certificates to them.
Do not bother about salary and learn as much as you can and leave.

I think unisoft infotech is a sap channel partner how come it will be a black listed company. let me know guys ... planned to switch there

Its correct unisoft infotech is sap channel partner. No doubt on that.
Its ISO certified also ( additional information for you)

** If its channel partner or not, it wont effect on you.
** Its black listed because their illegal activities
** They have some institute in chenni. Which can give fake experience if you pay one and half lakh.
** The deal with Chennai institute is you need to pay one and half lakh. They send you to Unisoft Infotech office. Unisoft will give you training in that perticlar module for 6 months and later they give you two years experience from Unisoft.
** Deal is good right? but do not think that, training in Unisoft means, they are having some faculty to give training.
** SAP canceled license with Unisoft Ifotech in Singapore and Unisoft office in Singapore was closed.

Do not bother, whether Unisoft is SAP partner or not. Its no use for you.
I am suggesting you two points strongly --
1) Do not given your original certificates to them.
2) Do not think about salary. They cant tell when they can give.

can anybody tell me that if i accept the bond o[censored]nisoft. and later if they r not paying salary to me. can't i escape with the bond on the behalf of this that they r not paying salary regularly. bcoz paying salary is also 1 of the condition with bond or that they promise.

Unisoft will ask three things before you join.
Bond - 2 lakh Check - Original certificates to be submit

BOND: It may 24 months or 27 months with some conditions. Here "conditions" means it should be mutual accepted between employee and employer. But, it wont be like that. Those conditions represents indirectly that, "you should work with them at any cost, whatever torture they do for you"

2 Lakh Check: You need to give them a check of 2 lakh with out date. The purpose is, candidate should work with them for two years as per the bond.

** Do not bother about above two things, They can clean maximum their tong with this bond and check which you given to them **

Last but not least, you need to submit your certificates to Unisoft for two years.
Your problems starts after submitting your certificates !!
As i told, they wont give salary properly. Which means, They don't have any particular date to credit your salary.
If they wont like you with any reason, they stop your salary. Do not think that, they will credit your salary next month in this situation. They never give your pending salary. They don't have any notice period. Its depends on, how you manage. Once you resigned, they wont pay you from that time. This means, suppose you resigned this month and you will get revealing on next month... you wont get salary for these two months.

You need to cry for your salary ... Since you given your certificates, you cant escape with them.
Imagine this situation, its too wrest.

As i told in my previous post, DO NOT GIVE YOUR CERTIFICATES TO UNISOFT INFOTECH..

Good to see you here and keeping informed to everyone about the so called company and there 3 way demands and results of it. Today I called this company for SAP Fresher job and they asked me to attend F2F interview in the coming 2 days. Will they offer me job if selected or will direct me to join course again in there institution. Problem is I need to travel from Aurangabad to Bang for this interview with my own expenses. So, please suggest me at the earliest.

If they offer you, they won’t direct you to join in their institution. Nothing will happen like this.
Do not imagine that, institution is beside to Unisoft office. Institute Is in Chennai.
They always tell candidates to meet them directly for F2F interview.
Nothing much they ask in that interview but they explain about these three (bond, check and certificates)
They won’t explain you about these three conditions over phone.

Two year bond is fine, Definitely you can join in Unisoft Infotech. This is a very good opportunity for your SAP career. You can learn a lot, no doubt on this. But, continue two years . Do not break the bond unnecessary for more salary.

This is good company only they are giving training nicely but only problem is salary low only but it good for fresher

unisoft are playing with freshers life, They are cheaters

They can do some other business instead of cheating students

You dont blame any one for your decision. Unisoft is a good company, i have personally seen consultants those are competitive have made their lives much much better working in Unisoft, including you too.

If you are sincere to your work and God Believer then you should touch your heart and say what Unisoft gave you in life.

yaah unisoft is a blacklist company...here people are such a stupid...and they don't pay salary at time and whatever is payed is very less..its true only ...these people will collect your original document and blackmail to work more and more...

you are correct. Unisoft is a good company n only one way. They give opportunity for freshers to work, but the way they chose is wrong. They give salary like peanuts& that too, not regularly. They give salary once in three months, they take ur original documents. This is not the way it should happen.

Now if you want to get the relieving certificate & original documents, they are charging 75000 for that. That is the latest update about unisoft. So please think twice before you take any decision.

I Srinivasan Thirumalai have got appointed in UNISOFT INFOTECH PVT LTD., as a SAP BI/BO TECNHICAL ARCHITECT on 5th Oct 2015 for WAVE INFRATECH at NOIDA, UP, INDIA In Noida, I have worked from 5th Oct 2015 to 4th Nov 2015.At the time of joining Unisoft promised that they would pay my salary as per the process, but nothing happened . So I raised the question against my salary for which there was no proper response. So I have moved from Noida in my own expense. How can I continue my next moth work without salary? I have left my family in Bangalore and wasted my time. All my efforts went in vain. After coming to Bangalore when I have asked UNISOFT INFOTECH PVT LTD. through mail / calls for my salary there was no response

This is Vijay and I have gone through your reviews it shows Positives as well as Negatives. I have been certified as a SAP Consultant in FI domain, couple of days back only I have sent my resume to them and unable to contact the specified person, how about the scope of future over there, if I get a placement over there, shall i join or not, I am little bit confused.

Hi All,

I worked with Unisoft as full time employee for 5 months, in that I have received only 1 month salary.

when I asked our manager George for salary, He replayed only one thing

"IF YOU DON'T HAVE MONEY DON'T COME TO OFFICE, DON'T ASK ABOUT SALARY"

the next movement I decided to leave that and I left.

Suggestion to others: Please don't pay anything by hearing their words, later you will be in loos.
Learn and leave, don't expect salary.

Suggestions for Management: Don't Use innocent people like hell, give some salary for them or one day you will be in that situation.

You won't GET any thing Over Here they have PLAYED a GAME in your LIFE.
