Dear Sir, I have booked an appartment at unitech fresco kolkata in December 2011, with a commitment of giving possession within 36 months from the date of booking, they have been paid 90% of the cost of flat but till now they have not been able to complete the construction of the Tower.They do not respond even to the phone call and their customer service is worst, they behave like mafia. Who can help us.
