HI,

I am Nalini Kapadia. I have invested 50, 000 (two FD of 25000 each) in UNITECH ltd. which is matured on[protected]. But till date i have not received my maturity amount. My FD details are mentioned below

FD No. 1016172 and 1016169
Amount 25000 each ( total 50000)
Date of deposit[protected] for both FD
Maturity Date[protected] for both FD
Account No. 1013983 and 1013982...

We had placed deposit of rs 25000 on 29/07/2013 for period of 12 months. @ 11.5 % due on 29/07/2014. Due to amendment in company law, unitech group has not made repayment of fdr.
We had sent email on 31/07/2014. & 2607/2015 & 14/072016 . No response from the unitech group. We both the depositor are aged & suffering various decease. & we have to expense sizeable amount toward medicine.
The company is not giving any response...

I had invested in unitech ltd under fd scheme in 2010.

Fd no 1002090, principal amount rs 50, 000/- for 3years.

Fd was matured on 16.11.2013. Total outstanding payment with principal and commulative interest of three ( as per scheme) is rs 71540/-

Original fd certificate sent to company's fd office.

But till date payment is not received. Also there is no communication from company...

Kindly make the repayment for the below mentioned fixed depoisits:

Fdr no 1203407- mrs. Aley p and fdr no 1197252 mr. Praksash g mahalingashetty, i had recommended these fds in the year 2012 & got matured on 26/12/2015 & 29/10/2015 respectively.

It's been noticed that my clients are consistently calling me for the repayments for the same.

My FDR no 1017143 and A/c No 1014770 was matured on 10/03/2014 and till date they haven't paid maturity amount.

I sent many reminders and phone call and no proper response from unitech management.
