Booked at c-10 in 2010 at unihomes bhopal, and paid almost 85% money, but no sign of possession even after 7 years from due date. This has happened to many o[censored]s. New dats have been promised by officials, and then nothing happened. Many of the officials have left the organization. Things have come to a point where builder has become unreachable. It seems the builder have any further intention of completing the project or refunding us the money. Would appreciate a response from builders - or is it that moving to court is the only option?.

I have made a deposit of Rs 1lakh in Unitech Ltd with FD Receipt no. 1227610. The FD was matured in July 2015. Inspite of several follow-ups the Company has neither paid the principal nor the interest.

I have two FDR's No. 1241168 and 1229885, date of issue 10-10-13 and 27-07-13 on my name Jitander Singh for 3 year period. I was received few interest instalment, but these are stpped. This is to submit that i have deposited a sum of rs 1, 00, 000/- (Rupees one lac only) vide fdr receipt number 1204514 dated 02.01.2016 with the unitech ltd. My pan number is akmpr0315h. Till date, i have not received the maturity sum.

I request you to lodge a complaint to this effect and do the needful to recover my fd amount with interest. You may also guide me the procedure to recover the sum deposited by me to unitech ltd.

I got my device on (5jan 2019) but it damage so i have returned on the return address the next day (6jan 2019) itself. But i didn't get my refund (1500rs) till now. And there is no calling option for customer. I need my money. Vinay duvedi order no: iep57579. I attched the bill photo, returned courier recpit and returned i8 earpods.

It seems that the watch has already been used and the watch infact is not getting charged or some technical fault is there. i cannot find any contact number of the office or any email address on the bill. not at all happy with shop 814 in sector 49 Gurgaon Haryana. i hope that this is seen and is taken care of. I have booked a 2 bhk flat in the scheme — unihome 3 o[censored]nitech limited in sector 113 noida in the year 2012.
2 an amount of rs.22 lacs already paid which is about 70%. More than 6 years have passed. No progress seen except structure have been erected up to some floor.

3 some cases have been filed in courts but i am not aware of the details of such group. What is the status of such cases.
4. What options are available to those members who have not joined any group

Not paying the maturity amount of fixed deposit by unitech
Name of company : unitech ltd fixed deposit division
I have already deposited the original fdr to unitech gurgaon office on 07.12.2015.
Particulars of fdr are - fdr no 1201987 dated[protected]Account no 027154) for rs 30000/= which was matured on 24.12.2015 with a maturity amount of rs 43565/=.
But till date unitech has not paid the maturity amount.
I have sent many mails on [protected]@unitechgroup.com & [protected]@unitechgroup.com but no reply came.
I have also tried unitech phone nos [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] & [protected] but there is no response.
You are requested to please look into the matter.
I will be highly obliged & thankful to you.

This is to inform you that, one of the fd which was in my mother name mrs. Prema joshi, (Senior citizen) was due on 21.02.2014. Of rs 75000 / -.
In spite of several follow ups, the principal amount of rs 75000 /-, is not received, till now, although more than 10 days are over.
The interest amount cheque was received well in advance.

The details of fd are as follows.
1. Fd no. – 1016071
2. Folio no.- 1013902

Can you pl. Inform us when you are going to despatch the cheque of principal amount with interest of whatsoever days delayed?
This is not professional approach of your organisation. If it is delayed further, we may have to take the further legal steps.

I had booked a flat with unitech limited in january 2010 and have paid 90 % of my progress payments. For the past three years the construction is held up and not progress has been made. Some towers are erected but are partially completed. Another project in the same complex - unihomes has been forcibly occupied by owners as the builder had completed that project to masonry and plastering stage.

The construction has not progressed at uniworld garden since 2015. My customer number is g 137. The proposed flat is in block a, tower 3 floor 6 and flat number 603.

As the building is not ready even after 8 years, i reqeust that the payments i have made be refunded with interest as determined by a competent authority.

I am holding a flat in unitech cascade greater noida. It's now more than 15 years and i have yet to get the possession. I have visited the premises repeated number of times, there is no authorised person to deal with and despite with 90% ready, the builder is showing no eagerness to complete the job. I can also see that their staff are removing already existing accessories from the flats where ever they need one.

I have invested Rs. 50000 on 18/06/2013 to 17/06/2014 with Unitech India as an FD and till date I have not received my principal amount nor any Interest. I am now Senior citizen and need my money very badly as I don't have enough Income to survive.

I have Just once received an Interest of Rs. 6063 on 18/06/2014.

I have send an FD certificate to Unitech India, but they never responded back and

After maturity company not refunded principal amount of rs one lakh & interest to me. I have been chitted by company. Four years passed to over maturity date. I am invested in unitech limited Fixed deposit. My Investment had been matured in the month of April 2014, Duly discharged F.D.R No 1216567 is sent to your office for refund, amounting to Rs.29000.00.Till do day I am not received the amount of Rs. 29000.00

I ordered a pair of i8 dual ear pods via instagram from the unitech group. I bought them for 1500rs. First of all they were not getting connected. Later some how they got connected and after that neither of them are working. I want the company to either return my money immediately or replace me with a new one which is actually working. It's been two days now. Please reply me as soon as possible. Those 1500rs are hard earned money.

This is regarding non payment of my fd principal amount even after 2 years of maturity and all quarterly interests therein which is not paid even once from the date of investment. On complaint every time it was said that complete interest will be paid along with the principal amount.
