I was looking for a forum where all the investors can connect and protest against unitech for delaying the contruction for The residences project noida sec117.

I have booked an appartment 6 years ago and still waiting for updates from them.. there has been no significant construction progress till date..

I am also victim by Unitech for their project The residences Sector 117. Paying Instalment and interest to HDFC. Please do some action as the Govtt is has strict rules for the same.

Fraud by Unitech

I had booked a 3BHK flat in Unihomes 2 tower H in 2012. Not only have we paid APPROX. 50% but, when I have called the Unitech reps, they are not responding but in reality, till date no action of construction started.

This is a shameless act of fraud cheating the common man who have invested their hard earned money.
I would like to have buyers from G&H tower to come on a common ground to file legal cases against Unitech ASAP.

With CM Adityanath's warning to these corrupt builders in Noida, we can hope to see some movement however, we must too act on our own to keep the pressure. We have lost lots of money that is paid in interest to banks, or money that could have been sitting in some other investment instrument and produced returns.

I would appreciate a response, so we can get a WhatsApp group going so that we can communicate with verified customers o[censored]nitech Unihomes Phase 2, Tower G & H, Sector 117, Noida.

I have also paid three instalments in 2012in Unitech The Residence project in Noida and still waiting for any further development, I have also joined the case of SC thru online submission of recovery claim, however no news, I am looking for protest group to join. hearing from grapevine that shareholders have transferred their assets in their employees name and investor may not be able to get funds as all other land which is incumbered with bank and they have created charge and therefore investor will not get anything.
