This is the worst customer service I've ever contacted. I tried the so called toll free numbers namely: [protected] &[protected]; Unfortunately none of them worked & my calls were rejected. I also tried to contact the Kolkata office number [protected] Some wise guy picked up & hung the phone without having the courtesy to follow basic customer care procedure. My simple query is why are you wasting public funds in maintaining such crappy customer service. No doubt the paying public is pissed off such unworthy staff.
