United Bank Of India - Digipurse — recharge & transfer issue

My digipurse wallet no...[protected]

I'm unable to do recharge from wallet. Error has coming like try after some time but i tried lots of time giving some hours gape but same error has came.

Also i;m unable to transfer money to my bank account...

Bank name : icici bank pvt limited.

My current bal is. Rs.490/-

Kindly solve this issue and if possible then transfer money in my icici a/c
After deducting balance from digipurse wallet.
