United Bank Of India — signature verification charge.

Dear Sir, I am Subrata Adhikari, A/c on ubi bank at Durganagar, Kolkata – 65, Sir they took 102 Rs from my account for signature verification charge. But the other bank has not take this type of charges, even earlier UBI Bank not took this charge, then why now. Please suggest me. Thanks and regards Subrata Adhikari
