Kindly note that on 1/4/2021 at 7.20pm I tried to withdraw cash amounting to Rs.3500/- from your Sinthee More ATM counter. But unexpectedly without getting any amount from ATM machine my above mentioned SB A/C has been debited by Rs.3500/-.

Kindly look into this matter and take necessary action by crediting my wrongly debited amount of Rs.3500/-.
