United Bank Of India [UBI] — account debited but ticket not booked

On 23/02/2019 i had tried to book one ticket for my travel from cuttack to howrah on 24/02/2019 under tatkal quota. During several attempts made by me while making payment twice i my account has been debited. Once through net banking and another through debit card payment. But only one ticket has been booked and twice debit has been made from my accounts. I should be refunded one debit of rs.427.29 made to my account.
