United Bank Of India [UBI] — amazon didn't refund the amount of 419rs

Address:P24 arcadia Kolkata, Kolkata, West Bengal, 700034

Amazon deducted it from my bank but later on the payment got cancelled. They have refunded the amount of 419rs in my bank but i have not received it. Amazon customer service has told that they have not charged anything but i have received no refund. Please look into this matter it's been more than 10 days i have not got the refund they are denying to refund.
