United Bank Of India [UBI] — amazon refund is not been credited in my account

My refund has been already issued by amazon.in but its not credited in my account, i have the reference id of the bank and i'm trying to contact the ubi call centre but it is totally worthless not responding to anything not helping even a little. So i want my refund of amazon which is stuck the amount is 699/- and my bank reference id is 74332740195019424247161.
